Tonight's the first of four Suds & Shop holiday market events at Arabella Park. Come shop while you refresh yourself with a beverage from one of their 18 taps. 6 to 9 p.m. (17-18 are the best taps. -Ed.) 🎁
It's burger Monday at Descendants Beer & Beverage and there's also a make your own ukulele workshop happening too.
Tuesday, November 26
Join CSR for Startups for "Diversity and inclusion for startups: D&I strategies at scale" at Workhaus. This session will walk you through some D&I basics and then let you hear how four local startups have been applying diversity and inclusion strategies to help them scale. Featuring a panel with Kristin Mueller from VueReal, Holly Holmes-Uniacke from Miovision, Amandah Wood from Shopify and moderated by CSR for Startups Beisan Zubi.
Shopify has a "Spending for Conversions" presentation about paid advertising and SEO with Sarah Fischer and Kiran Bajwa moderated by Maddie Kennedy. 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Shopify office in Waterloo.

Jean Leggett will be talking about approaches to designing games with sensitive subject matter and adapting Charlaine Harris's Lily Bard book into a game at the KW Indie Game Development Meetup.
