Head down to Belmont Village on Saturday, Nov. 25 for the annual Christmas in the Village. There are horse-drawn carriage rides, photos with Santa, games for the kids inside the village stores, specials all day and much more. You can even bring your dog for a photo with Santa.
KW Little Theatre's production of "Once Upon a Mattress" runs from Nov. 23 to Dec. 9. If you thought you knew the story of "The Princess and The Pea," you may be in for a walloping surprise! Roger’s CHYM 96.7 morning show co-host and radio personality, Adele Newton and sister Chrissy Newton, Founder of Toronto-based public relations agency VOCAB Communications, have joined forces to help raise funds for rural youth in Honduras by supporting Kitchener- Waterloo based charity, World Accord. Starlight on Saturday, Nov. 25 starting at 6:30 PM. In efforts to raise funds for this campaign, World Accord and the Newton sisters will be throwing a musical showcase at Waterloo’s Starlight Social Club where attendees can expect performances from incredible local talent, raffles and more.
