The menu includes grilled corn salsa, blackened chicken tacos, garlic shrimp skewers and a mason jar 'Kitchener Market cocktail' using fresh fruits from local farmers. I'm not telling you to sneak gin in for the cocktail, ok.

Thursday, June 22 is Food Truck Thursday at the train station in uptown Waterloo by the Perimeter Institute. This week has Ish & Chips and Fo'Cheezy serving delicious treats. Trucks are there 11am-1pm.
