Tuesday, January 6

Sasha Tease has Drag Bingo at AOK Craft Beer + Arcade fr0m 8 to 10:30 pm. Expect laughs, lots of prizes, and lots of jaw dropping drag performances!

Good Co. Productions are bringing the woodwind section from the KW Symphony to Arabella Park Beer Bar for an amazing evening of music, beer, and burgers.

Cinderella: The Panto at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse runs through January 11. It's fun for the entire family with actors encouraging audience participation, so prepare to cheer for the heroine and boo the evil stepsisters!

Also theatre related, bring the family to see the greatest fairy tale never told at Shrek The Musical, running at the Hamilton Family Theatre Cambridge from December 3, 2025, to January 11, 2026.

Cool Aunt Creatives has a plaster painting workshop called Moody Winter Mountain from 7 to 9 at Ernie's Roadhouse in Cambridge.

Wednesday, January 7

Rusty Nail Comedy's PRO AM night is going down at TWH Social from 7:30 to 10 pm. It's just five bucks!

In For Questioning has Arrested Development Trivia at AOK at 8 pm.

Join Women Run Waterloo for a social, supportive, and beginner-friendly run—for women, hosted by women—held bi-weekly from Runners’ Choice Waterloo. The run is at a 'yap pace' starting at 6:00pm and will be 4-5km in distance.

Thursday, January 8

Little Mushroom Catering's Tapas & Trivia is back on Jan. 8 at 7 pm. Teams of four are welcome for six exciting rounds of trivia, tapas, and beverages. Donations are being collected in support of Hashtag Hope Suicide Prevention. Book your team by emailing lounge@littlemushroomcatering.com.

Head to The Galt Club (13 Main St., Cambridge) every Friday in January for live music from 8 till 11 pm.

The legendary sound of Canadian roots rock is coming to town as Blue Rodeo performs a career-spanning set on January 9 and 10 at Centre in the Square.  Join Jim Cuddy, Greg Keelor, and the full band for a night of heartfelt storytelling and masterful musicianship featuring iconic hits like “Try,” “Lost Together,” and “5 Days in May.”

The Oshawa Generals are coming to town to take on your Kitchener Rangers. Puck drops at 7 pm.

The Registry Theatre has Excerpts From Hello Sunshine! And Bad Poetry: Live in Kitchener! It's the finale of a Registry dance residency to develop Sara Porter's show about her life with PMLE, an extreme sensitivity to sunlight. Storytelling, dance, comedy, and image come together in a multi-media account of living with an invisible disability.
