Author and Film Critic Adam Nayman returns to the Kitchener Public Library to discuss his latest book David Fincher: Mind Games. This 85 Queen event is moderated by Mallory Andrews. Wednesday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m.

Join the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and the University of Waterloo for a conversation with new UW President and Vice-Chancellor Vivek Goel to hear how he plans to lead Waterloo into bold new futures. Thursday, Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m.

The Coalition of Muslim Women of KW is hosting Understanding and Confronting Islamophobia. The online event is for community members who want to learn more about what Islamophobia is, where it happens and how they can respond to Islamophobia. They’ll explore scenarios from everyday life: on the street, in the workplace, in schools, and in public. Thursday, Jan. 27 from 4 – 6 p.m.
